Gingin Football Club made history at the Grand Finals played in Goomalling 15th September 2013. The Reserve team has won 59 games straight which is a Club record and an Association record. This years coach Aaron Crofts did a splendid job with the boys, he is very proud of his team.
It seems football is a family trait as Aaron’s father Dwayne was captain of Gingin B grade in 1995 when they won the Grand Final.
In the 1980’s Dwayne’s brother Greg played over 150 games hence being made a life member of the Gingin Football Club.
Gingin town had a huge celebration on the Sunday evening as the Gingin Netball team won the Grand Final played in Goomalling on the same day.
