Carols by Candlelight and the Outdoor Screening of Christmas Movies that the whole family can settle on their picnic rugs together to enjoy.

Santa will be arriving in a fire truck at approximately 6pm. There will be a marked box for each event at the Muchea IGA Store for parents to drop off a small wrapped gift (to the value of $15) with their child’s name clearly marked on it prior to the event and please also add your family’s details to the corresponding event’s registration form adjacent so we can make sure we have catered for all children. Don’t worry if you forget – there will be a drop box inside the Clubroom on the day but gifts must be dropped off before 5.30pm so Santa’s helpers can get the gifts ready for Santa to hand out. You are more than welcome to take a photo of your child with Santa as they are called up. Once all gifts have been handed out by Santa there will be a period of time for Supper. The Cricket Clubs will be opening their cash bar facilities on the day, 14K Brewery will have Softies available and there will be Fundraising Sausage Sizzles happening and free Ice-cream’s for the kids. Alternatively you can bring your own picnic dinner; However, please no BYO Alcohol as these are Family events.

Supper will be followed by Carols by Candlelight which will run until around 8pm when the Outdoor Movie will commence. The evening will conclude once the movie has finished around 10.30pm J
