Come and join us for the official opening of the Big Beach Chair and art exhibition on Friday July 12, 11am to 1pm at Wangaree Community Centre.
The Crew at DADAA — Lancelin have
been busy creating the Lancelin Big Beach Chair that now sits outside the Wangaree Community Centre.
This installation has been a massive ongoing project between DADAA participants, Lancelin District Lions Club, and the Shire of Gingin, as well as huge community support from Josh at Ravi Contractors, Malcolm and Jacqui Lobb at Lobbster Trap and an awesome team of volunteers and staff.
The Chair has been a massive tourist attraction with hundreds of people stopping to take photos of themselves and their families on the Chair.
